1. Once the order is shipped out of HS925 , it cannot be cancelled.

2.We accept a one-time exchange within 7 days of receiving the jewellery, provided the item is in its original condition and the request is supported by a genuine reason. ANY EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS WOULD GIVE THE CUSTOMER A CREDIT OF 50% OF THE INVOICE VALUE AGAINST WHICH THEY CAN PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM OUR WEBSITE. IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY AMOUNT BE REFUNDED. All exchanges are subject to thorough inspection of the jewellery for any damage. Shipping charges for all exchanges will be borne by the customer.

3. It is strongly advised that while unboxing each HS925 jewellery, the buyers must take an unboxing video so that in case of ‘Damage’ the same video can be used as a proof.

4.For customized jewellery, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled nor any amount received as advance can be refunded under any circumstances.

5.All HS925 jewellery is hand-crafted and are unique in design. All the jewellery is studded with semi-precious stones they may have slight irregularities or imperfections, These irregularities are the result of the human craftsmanship. These handcrafted products unique and you may experience some deviation that is part of any handcrafted jewellery brand

6. All HS925 shipments are packed after quality check. In case of transit-damage, the customer should courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact HS925 customer support for booking a return shipping.
