Any damage or defect must be reported on the same day of delivery, along with the unboxing video. We offer a 7-day replacement policy provided the jewellery is unused, with tags intact, and returned in its original condition.

If you receive a defective item, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately on the same day of delivery at orders@hs925.com. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement under our 7-day replacement policy, provided the jewellery is unused, tagged, and in its original condition.
