Returns and exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition. For smooth claim assistance, please record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel. Any damage or defect must be reported on the same day of delivery, along with the unboxing video. We offer a 7-day replacement policy provided the jewellery is unused, with tags intact, and returned in its original condition.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@hs925.com.

  • If you receive a defective item, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately on the same day of delivery at orders@hs925.com. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement under our 7-day replacement policy, provided the jewellery is unused, tagged, and in its original condition.
