2. For Domestic order we only have a partial COD option available with HS925 as of now. International orders are all only prepaid in full.
3. We, HS925, reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Kindly note that as a standard business practice, we do not cancel orders however in cases of fore-majeure, we reserve the right to do so.
4. The actual color of the jewellery may vary from the images shown in our website. This might be due to lighting or shades while taking the product photos. However please note, that we try to have product pictures that are closest possible representation to the actual jewellery.
5.We offer free standard shipping on all orders for domestic (within India) deliveries. We strive to deliver all domestic orders within 5 to 10 working days of confirming the order from our side.
6. For all international deliveries ( outside India ), our prices are inclusive of all logistics & insurance. Only for shipments to the UK & USA the shipments are inclusive of the custom duty also. The orders delivery timeline shall be 30 calendar days within confirming the order from our side.
8. All international shipments are packed after a quality check by Customs officials in India. The consignment shall be inspected, scanned and passed by the custom authorities in India. These inspections and approvals are done by our international shipping partners as part of their standard shipment process.
