Yes — HS925 creates original, limited-run collections that reflect a distinctive blend of tradition and modern style. Our designs are crafted to stand out and are not mass-market replicas. You’ll receive a piece that’s thoughtfully created, and emblematic of the HS925 brand ethos.

With HS925, you enjoy the same luxurious look and long-lasting finish of gold — without the heavy price tag.

For example, a design worth ₹25,000 in 92.5 silver would cost over ₹7 lakh in gold. Both are precious metals — but HS925 makes fine craftsmanship affordable. Plus, unlike gold, you’re free to refresh your collection and explore new styles while still owning certified, hallmarked jewellery.

In short, HS925 brings you the beauty of gold, the value of silver, and the freedom to own more designs — without compromise.

At HS925, our relationship doesn’t end with your purchase — it begins there.

We offer complete after-sales support (nominal service charges as applicable), including:

• Jewellery cleaning & repolishing services
• Assistance with resizing or repairs
• Dedicated WhatsApp support for any queries, tracking, or care tips

Our goal is to ensure your HS925 piece stays as beautiful as the day you bought it — with ongoing care, guidance, and reliable service you can always count on.

However, since images are shot in professional lighting, minor colour variations may occur when viewed in natural light.

To avoid any confusion, we welcome you to book a free video call and see the jewellery live before placing your order — ensuring you know exactly what you’re buying.

Our jewellery is crafted in 92.5% Sterling Silver, valued for its purity, craftsmanship, and timeless appeal.

While we do not have a direct buy-back policy, HS925 offers a special exchange benefit — you can return your piece and receive a credit note worth 50% of your invoice value, redeemable on any future purchase from our website.

If you prefer, you can also sell your silver jewellery at the prevailing market rate through a local jeweller, especially if the silver price has increased — ensuring you always get fair value for your investment.

Yes — HS925 follows a transparent and value-based pricing policy.
